Ell-Er - Macro EP

The 40th release for Lung Filler Records is the Macro EP from Ell-Er. Featuring 5 original tracks, Quad, Insertion, Violent, Modul and Connections. Each track fits into the realms of stripped back techno with minimal and dark elements.

Quad starts with haunting sound design that revolves around sparse percussion. Drums and percussion build across the track while textures and spacial effects evolve throughout.

Insertion starts with a DJ friendly intro as textures move around a tightly processed kick drum. The track moves around stuttering and groovin' percussion that doesn't sit still for too long.

Deep spacial sounds build the intro for Violent. In keeping with the themes of the EP the track sticks with dark sound design and tight drum hits.

Modul is perfect for warming up techno sets and dark afterhours mixes. The drums are crisp and punch through the mix with straight and swung grooves working together throughout.

Connections builds attacking percussion sounds as echoing hits and textures come forward in the mix. Gritty synth chords take the forefront of the mix with a synth loop pushing the track forward.
