DivKid - Wilderbeast EP

DivKid is back with a new track Wilderbeast. The original track is cut up electro-house with plenty of filthy synths and distorted bass. Remixes from Titanoz, Mister Bean, F2U, P-Styles, Paul D Lewis and Deep Infect push the styles out into techno, minimal and tech-house. This release will be the 27th for Lung Filler Records.

The original track features a dark and sinister chord progression tinged with haunting organ sounds and a contrasting melody. The peak of the track is filthy cut up electro with big bass hits and distorted synths.

Titanoz move things up a gear; working from the more melodic and lighter parts of the track they work the original sounds into a peak time Brazilian electro track. With plenty of twists and turns ,the arrangement is fresh with lots of drive.

Sticking with the Brazilian electro, Mister Bean also sticks to the lighter elements of the original and works those into a twisting bending chopped up electro track. The track brings in influences from more progressive house styles with bendy chords and taking the lead across the peak.

F2U take the track in a new direction with a lo fi dirty electro-trash remix. They work dry and filthy sounds into the original parts that all push and drive the track over a big kick and clap.

P-Styles lifts the tempo and pushes the feel up into driving techno. Tightly programmed percussion works across the stereo field giving a large sense of space, while still driving the track. The original chord progressions changes up the flavour of the track, which changes across a smooth arrangement.

Paul D Lewis strips the track back and takes us on a minimal techno trip. Working his signature lo fi and gritty sounds into the groove, the track modulates and changes with lots of depth and textural movement to the track.

Deep Infect changes up the style again forming a sexy groove in their tech-house remix. A funky basslines underpins the track while the 'live' sounding percussion pushes the track forward.
